Pediatric surgeons work with children from infancy through late adolescence. Pediatric surgery isperformed with the assistance of a pediatric anesthesiologist who is trained toassess complex difficulties and devise safe anesthesia for each kid. Pediatric Anesthesiologists are specially trained to provide the safest treatment for infants and children undergoing surgery. In young newborns, airway problems and critical events aremore prevalent, and pediatric anesthesiologists serve a key role in ensuringtheir safety.
